This Αgreement is applied to every transaction made via this website (www.shoesparty.gr) which belongs to AVANTAGE SHOE TRADE – ONLINE TRADING Ltd whose registered office is situated at 60, Agiou Athanasiou Str., Athens, Greece under Registration Number 1534/13 at Ministry of Development and Competiveness and Registration Number 941501000 (VAT: 094349340, Tax Office: Athens Tax Office for Commercial Companies).
Any change in this Agreement must be confirmed by a written statement on behalf of the company. Every user of our online services is assumed as consenting and accepting these terms unconditionally and without exception.

ORDERING

In order to make your shopping from our e-shop you must be of legal age.
Orders are placed online by filling and sending the Ordering Form displayed at the www.shoesparty.gr website and they are obligatory only on condition that we have accepted them by sending you an e-mail confirming the acceptance or your order.
Before deliver your order, we kindly request your being aware of the followings:
-features of the product you wish to buy
- displayed prices of our products, which are inclusive of legal VAT
-information on shipping charges of our products
-sales and special offers are subject to their availability.
Our company enables ordering via our e-shop and delivery via courier.
Our clients are free to choose any of the following 4 payment options:
1. Via cash on delivery (COD)
2. Via a deposit account
3. Via a credit or debit or prepayed card
4. Via PayPal
We let you know that in case you choose to pay via a bank account money must have been placed in not later than the working day following the ordering day.
In case this does not happen up to the above date, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the Agreement.
In case of possible errors in the online prices, discovered after we have already accepted your order, we will send you an e-mail to notify you about the errors and ask you if you wish to reconfirm your order at the corrected price.
If you declare unwillingness to pay the corrected price or you do not answer back within 2 (two) working days following the notification, we reserve the right to cancel our Agreement immediately.
In case we have already cashed the price of the product via any given option, we will refund your money via a bank account indicated by you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order at any stage of the procedure and return the product without penalty within 5 days following delivery day.
In this case, you are only charged with the cost of return.
Product returns are accepted provided that:
The product is in the same condition as delivered.
The product is accompanied by a sales receipt or an invoice.
An order cancelation must be e-mailed to www.shoesparty.gr and must contain all your personal information, a description of the ordered product and the order number you wish to cancel.
In case of return, we will refund you within 30 days since we have received the product and since we have sent you an e-mail letting you know that we have accepted the return.

SHIPPING COST-RETURNS

Customers have the right to change the delivered product within 10 calendar days and ask for substitute with a different seize or a different product. The return cost is on customer charge and they can use the carriers they prefer.

DELIVERY / DELIVERY CHARGES

Our e-shop, www.shoesparty.gr, delivers all its products all around Greece, Cyprus and all European countries. Delivery is made via courier Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Estimated delivery time is within 2-7 days.
We are not responsible for delays not owed to our liability (like strikes, weather condition, etc.)
We reserve the right of modifying the terms and conditions of transactions.
This right is valid as soon as the content of this Agreement is updated.
This Agreement is to be construed in accordance with the Greek law system and the laws governing e-commerce, and it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Athens courts.
